My Story: I have struggled with food sensitivities my entire life. After changing my lifestyle to become plant-based and gluten-free many years ago, I found that going out to restaurants was not in my favour due to limited menu options. After creating my own plant-based, gluten-free catering company, I decided to open my own restaurant to accommodate people who have chosen or are choosing this lifestyle, whether it be for health changes, allergies, sensitivities or digestion issues.
