Our restaurant is fully vegan and gluten free, with organic and local produce. We believe in serving the highest quality of food. We specialize in our own plant based recipes to help everyone live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

​While we do label some of our menu items NUT FREE(NF) and SOY FREE (SF) we do have all nuts and seeds and soy on our premises. We do take special care to accommodate with cross contamination. Please inform all staff of allergies and we will work accordingly for you.

I have struggled with food sensitivities my entire life. After changing my lifestyle to become plant-based and gluten-free many years ago, I found that going out to restaurants was not in my favour due to limited menu options. After creating my own plant-based, gluten-free catering company, I decided to open my own restaurant to accommodate people who have chosen or are choosing this lifestyle, whether it be for health changes, allergies, sensitivities, digestion or ethical views.
